We work with a credit card vendor to process all of our transactions. All of the credit card information is managed within their system and we are unable to see credit card details in your account.

We do not charge tax, all taxes are included in price.

Most likely yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world. To find out if we ship to your country, place an item in your cart, select “View Cart”, and then “Check out!”. In the first checkout step- Shipping Info- select the ‘Country’ pull-down menu. If your country is included in that list, then we ship to you! If your country is not included, you, unfortunately, won’t be able to place an order. In this case, we’d suggest having a friend from another country order for you and forward the shipment to you.

It depends, if the packages are coming from the same fulfillment facility, then they would come in the same shipment, otherwise they would come in a different shipment.

Also, if the items are too big and if they can’t be fit in a single box, they will be sent in different boxes, these boxes would contain different tracking number, hence they would come in different shipments and could be delivered at different times are all together.

We are sorry to hear that you received the wrong item from us. In order to help you further, we would recommend you to contact our Customer Support Team, by submitting a request via our contact form. They will be happy to help you. Please include the following information in your request: 

  1. Your order number. 
  2. The name of the ordered item.
  3. A description (brand, type of garment, colour) of the wrong item. 

If you would like to receive a new item, you can choose to order it after contacting our Customer Support Team. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to resend a new item. Our Customer Support Team will ensure that you can re-order the new item with free shipping. 

If you have received a delivery containing a damaged item, we apologize for that!

  • A photo of the damaged product.
  • Your order number or the email address you used when you placed the order.
